Short version: Pebble Skip does not require an account. Game progress and preferences are stored locally. When the app is online, advertising and security providers may process device, advertising, usage, and technical information. Pebble Skip asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before enabling access to the advertising identifier; choosing not to allow tracking does not prevent access to the game.

1. Scope and Controller

This Privacy Policy explains how Jiale Game ("we," "us," or "our") handles information through the Pebble Skip mobile application and its informational website. Jiale Game is responsible for the data practices described here.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Pebble Skip stores best distances, scores, skip counts, combos, level unlocks, completion results, stars, advertising-break progress, and music, sound, and haptic preferences locally on your device. We do not require an account to play. Deleting the app removes this locally stored game data.

3. Information Processed Online

When network features are available, we and our service providers may automatically process:

Device and app identifiers, including the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV), and the advertising identifier (IDFA) only when Apple permits access after your ATT choice.
Device, operating-system, app-version, language, network, IP-address, and approximate-location information derived from network data.
Advertising information, such as ads requested, served, viewed, clicked, completed, or dismissed.
Product-interaction and technical information, such as app launches, ad interactions, performance, diagnostics, security events, and fraud-prevention signals.
Purchase-related signals if made available to an advertising or measurement SDK. Pebble Skip does not require a purchase or account to play.
Contact details and message content that you choose to provide when requesting customer support or exercising a privacy right.
Other information a provider may process to deliver, measure, secure, and limit repeated advertising.

The exact information available can depend on your device settings, ATT choice, region, and which advertising platform is enabled for a particular session.

4. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to request and display ads, measure ad delivery and performance, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and abuse, protect the app and its services, troubleshoot technical issues, comply with legal obligations, and improve service reliability. We do not use contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or other sensitive device permissions for these purposes.

5. App Tracking Transparency

On supported Apple devices, Pebble Skip requests permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before accessing the IDFA or allowing tracking as defined by Apple. If you allow tracking, advertising providers may use identifiers to measure advertising or deliver more relevant ads across apps and websites. If you ask the app not to track, the IDFA is unavailable to Pebble Skip and its advertising SDKs; ads may still be shown using contextual or limited information. Your choice does not affect access to gameplay.

6. Advertising and Service Providers

Depending on remote configuration and ad availability, Pebble Skip may use Chartboost, Yandex Mobile Ads, Vungle/Liftoff, or InMobi. These providers process information under their own privacy policies:

Pebble Skip also contacts our configuration service to determine which advertising platform is enabled and uses HSSecurity to help protect the app and its network requests. These services may receive the app's bundle identifier, IDFV, IP address, and technical or security information needed to provide their functions. We require service providers handling data for us to provide protections consistent with this policy and applicable law.

7. Sharing and Sale of Information

We share information with the providers above only as needed for advertising, measurement, app security, fraud prevention, and related technical operations. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define the use of advertising identifiers for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." Where applicable, denying ATT permission limits that activity, and you may contact us to exercise additional rights.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the app, subject to appropriate safeguards.

8. Retention and Deletion

Local game data remains until you reset or delete the app. Service providers retain information according to their policies and only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Because Pebble Skip has no user account, requests are generally handled using the information you provide and any relevant device or advertising identifier. You may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Deny or later change tracking permission in Apple device settings.
Limit ad personalization through available device or regional privacy controls.
Delete local game data by deleting the app.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable.

We may need enough information to verify and complete a request. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.

10. Children's Privacy

Pebble Skip is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and request deletion where appropriate.

11. International Processing and Security

Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used for international transfers. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, but no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure.

12. Website Information

These informational pages do not intentionally set advertising cookies or run analytics. The hosting provider may process routine server logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page, and request time, for hosting and security under its own terms and privacy policy.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The revised page will show a new effective date. Material changes will also be reflected in the app and App Store privacy disclosures as required.
